Dr. Erik Goluboff Scholarship 2022-2023

For Future Doctors

Future medical students are encouraged to apply to the Dr. Erik Goluboff Scholarship for Future Doctors. $1,000 will be awarded to a single student studying diligently on the road to become a doctor. For this contest, a short essay is required and the winner of the contest is chosen based on the content in the essay.

Scholarship Overview

Dr. Goluboff has many years of experience as a medical doctor, and he would like the chance to pay it forward to the next generation of medical students with this scholarship fund.

The Dr. Erik Goluboff Scholarship for Future Doctors is announcing our fund, which is now open to future medical students who are located within the United States. We will provide scholarship funding to a qualified student on their way to becoming a doctor, and we hope to create greater awareness for the issues that young students go through on their journey to a career as doctors.

Criteria

Applicant should be a current student at a university in the United States or high school student that will attend university in pursuit of a medical degree.

We will award the scholarship fund to the winner of our essay competition.  One winner will be selected with the best essay of under 1000 words answering:  

“A degree in medicine comes with great responsibility.  How would you use your medical degree to help improve upon an existing issue in medicine”

Amount

One time award of $1,000

Deadline

The deadline to apply for the scholarship is June 15, 2023.

Winner Announced

The winner for the scholarship will be announced July 15, 2023.

Applicant should email their response to the essay question “A degree in medicine comes with great responsibility.  How would you use your medical degree to help improve upon an existing issue in medicine” in Word Doc format to [email protected].
